Columbia Plumber Guide is a free directory of plumbing businesses in the Columbia area. We pull listing details (name, address, phone, hours, services) from public business records. Every business listed here gets a score calculated from public Google reviews using a single fixed rubric that applies equally to all plumbers. Listing is free, and no payment can move your score up or down. How to correct listing details

If your name, address, phone number, website, hours, or services are wrong on your listing, send us the correct information. You must also give us something to check it against, such as a link to your Google Business Profile, your website, or your business registration. Once we verify the change, we apply it to your listing and it will survive the next monthly data refresh. Old information won't creep back in.

Disputing a score or summary

We cannot hand-edit scores. If you believe your score is wrong, you are claiming that the underlying data is wrong. This means either your business was matched to the wrong Google profile, some reviews were attributed to you that do not belong to you, or our review summary misstates what customers actually wrote. Tell us which one and why. We re-check the sources and regenerate your listing. A dispute is not a request for a higher number; it is a claim that the input is incorrect.

Requesting removal

We take a listing down when the business has permanently closed, is a duplicate, or falls outside what this directory covers. Closed businesses are also picked up by the monthly re-verification cycle. Because listings come from public business information, an accurate and in-scope listing may stay published, and we will give you that answer plainly if it is the one we reach.

Response times

Every request gets a response within 5 business days. If we confirm a removal, we action it within 7 days. Requests we cannot grant come back with the reason explained.
